Essential Oils Workshop

In 2018 Ive decided to host a selection of workshops centred on selfcare. I want people to love themselves and look after themselves. First workshop booked is all about essential oils. I am hooked on essential oils. A great alternative to many chemicals and a helpful tool for many ailments too. My kids love essential oil blends on their soles before bed, peppermint on our temples for headaches, hormone balance blends and more. I also love to use them as a chemical free air freshener alternative instead of spraying about hormone disrupting artificial fragrances. Love them all.
