Oh sweet little James. I just adore meeting new parents and hearing all about their pregnancy and birth. These are life changing events! It’s fascinating how different each person’s birth can be and the experiences within those first few weeks.
This new little family of 3 were so beautifully connected. Just gorgeous to record. I love that they requested lots of black and white details. We are on the same page. Love this.

It was cuteness overload with little Josephine and her parents in the studio to mark my first bubba of 2020!!! What a great way to start the decade!!!
For those parents who may have missed the ‘newborn’ first few weeks period, never fear you have left it too late. Sometimes due to medical reasons, circumstances or actually by choice, I photograph babies well outside that window. It was this family’s choice to wait a little. This little bubba is over 2 months old. Still lovely and squishable in her parents arms and although very alert, we got sleepy shots too.
